Personal data are used according to the regulations laid down in the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG); Risse Motorsport commits itself to secrecy.  1. Personal data
Personal data are pieces of information that can be used to get to know the user’s identity, such as the correct name, address, postal address and phone number. Pieces of information that do not relate to the real identity are no personal data.
We use personal data exclusively for the updating of our customer database and the carrying out of orders, such as the delivery of goods, execution of payments and verification of VAT identification numbers in the case of orders from abroad.

2. Passing on information
Collecting personal data and forwarding them to state institutions and authorities only takes place within the scope of mandatory legal provisions.

 3. Use of cookies
We use cookies – little data files with configurational information. They help us to find out user-friendly settings and to realise special user functions. We do not collect any personal data through cookies. All functions of our website can also be used without cookies; in this case, however, some user-defined features and settings are not available.

Persons under 18 should not pass on to us any personal data without the consent of their parents or legal guardians. We do not request any personal data from children, neither do we collect them and pass them on to third parties.
